Use an image, video or audio in follow-up
The message uses the chosen media.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open the stage and message in Auto follow-up.
Click Image or video to choose that file, or Audio file to attach audio.
Wait for upload and check the preview or player.
For images and videos, add a caption if desired. For audio, the text in that step is not sent.
To replace media, remove it with X and choose another file; then save the follow-up.
Check your result
The message uses the chosen media.
What you need to know
- The picker accepts images, videos or audio; documents are not part of this picker.
- If uploading fails, check the error message and select the file again. Images appear as thumbnails, videos as previews without controls, and audio offers a player to listen before saving.
