Copy another pipeline’s settings

Step by step

   Select the pipeline that will receive the settings.

   Open Stages and find Copy settings from another pipeline.

   Choose the source pipeline and read the replacement notice.

   Click Copy.

   Review stages, fields, linked numbers and follow-up settings before using the copied setup.

What you need to know

• Current stages are replaced. Existing deals are moved to a stage with the same name, otherwise the same position, otherwise the first stage.
• The source pipeline’s deals and webhooks are not duplicated. Stage rules and the full follow-up sequence are not copied.
• Numbers already configured in the destination are kept. A destination without numbers may inherit the source numbers when both pipelines belong to the same account.
