Create, edit or remove follow-up stages
The sequence is organized by offsets from the card’s date.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open Auto follow-up and find the follow-up sequence.
Click + Follow-up to add a stage.
Set how many days after the card’s follow-up date it should run: 0 is the scheduled date; 1 is the following day.
Open the stage and configure its messages.
To remove a stage, use its trash icon; keep at least one and click Save.
Click a stage header to expand or collapse its messages. Collapsing a stage neither removes nor saves its contents; use Save to store the sequence.

The sequence is organized by offsets from the card’s date.
What you need to know
- Up to 10 stages are allowed, from 0 to 365 days, with distinct offsets.
- Changing one stage’s timing does not shift the others.
