The sequence can stop after a lead responds to a previous follow-up.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open Auto follow-up in the pipeline.
Find Stop if the lead replies.
Enable it and click Save.
Review the rule alongside stage timing to understand when it applies.

- The rule applies from the second follow-up when there is a reply after the previous send. It does not mean every first send is blocked by any old message.
