Set the follow-up sending window and message delay
Sending uses the configured time window and message delay.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open Auto follow-up in the pipeline.
Choose the sending window Start and End.
Check the BRT field label; the hours use that time zone.
Choose the message delay to space steps within the same follow-up.
Click Save and check the stored window.
Check your result
Sending uses the configured time window and message delay.
What you need to know
- Displayed delay choices are 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds.
- The starting hour is included and the ending hour is excluded. If the start is later than the end, the window crosses midnight; equal start and end hours allow sending throughout the full day. The window limits automatic sends; Test send is a separate command.
