Mark a deal as lost and record a reason
The deal is recorded as lost with the reason you entered.
Before you start
- Access to Pipeline and the deal to view or update.
Step by step
Open an open deal and click Lost.
Enter the reason, such as an incompatible timeline or an unapproved proposal.
Click Mark as Lost.
Reopen the card to view the record and reason.
If you change your mind before confirming, use Cancelar (Cancel) or close the dialog: closing it does not mark the deal as lost.
Check your result
The deal is recorded as lost with the reason you entered.
