Understand board totals and indicators
You can distinguish pipeline totals from values shown in each column.
Before you start
- A pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open Pipeline and select a pipeline.
In the header, review item count, stage count and total value when those indicators are visible.
In each column, review lead count and the sum of values.
Apply or clear filters and compare the columns again.
Check your result
You can distinguish pipeline totals from values shown in each column.

- Header totals come from pipeline statistics; columns use loaded deals matching visual filters.
- Header indicators are hidden on small screens.
