Activate a configured automation
Automation status changes to Active.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
Review and Save trigger and steps before activation.
Check that the global sending integration and sender are ready.
Click Activate only when the flow and audience are authorized.
Reopen the page to inspect the saved state.
Check your result
Automation status changes to Active.
What you need to know
- Activate does not save pending edits. Contacts already in a list/segment may be enrolled.
- The current status response and UI are incompatible: the screen may lose data or fail to render after this action. Reopening fetches the full record.
- Activation is not full flow validation or a sending guarantee.
- The Automations list also offers the card button; the same partial-response limitation applies.
