Add a flow condition
The step decides whether to continue the sequence or end enrollment.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
Add a Condition step.
Configure rules using All conditions or Any condition.
Under If not matched, choose Exit flow or Continue anyway.
Save the flow.
Check your result
The step decides whether to continue the sequence or end enrollment.
What you need to know
- There are no two independent step branches: a match always continues; a non-match follows the selected option.
- With no conditions, the rule matches everyone.
