Configure an automation condition by status
The condition becomes part of the rules.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
Open an automation Condition step and click Add condition.
Choose Status as the field and select is or is not.
Enter subscribed, unsubscribed, bounced or complained, review the values and save the flow.

The condition becomes part of the rules.
What you need to know
- Using a segment for sending does not authorize sending to unsubscribed contacts.
