Configure fields sent by a form
Valid submissions populate the database and configured list.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.

Configure the form to POST to the copied URL using JSON, URL-encoded form data or multipart.
Send required email and optional name and phone; check contacts after an authorized submission.

Valid submissions populate the database and configured list.
What you need to know
- Name accepts nome or first_name + last_name; phone accepts telefone, celular or whatsapp. Email must be valid.
- Only name, email and phone are retained; other fields are discarded. Repeated submissions preserve unsubscribe status and may not represent new contacts.
- The alternative integration uses /api/v1/integracoes/email/contatos with the webhook token in X-Api-Key; Authorization: Bearer is also supported.
