Use your own Resend account for a sender

The sender uses its configured own-account credentials.

Before you start

  • Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.

Step by step

  1. Open Add sender and fill the sender details.

  2. In the own-account section, enter the Resend API key and webhook signing secret when applicable.

  3. Click Create and review own-account domain notices.

Check your result

The sender uses its configured own-account credentials.

What you need to know

  • The API key authorizes Resend calls; the webhook secret verifies incoming events. Neither is a mailbox password.
  • Send-only keys may prevent DNS checks through the integration; the correct domain must already be verified in Resend. A local badge does not prove delivery.
  • For own-account events, help specifies /webhooks/resend?sender=<sender ID> with the configured secret. The current UI does not offer copying that ID/URL; obtain it from the integration administrator.
