Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
Add or open a Send email step.
Click Use a template.
Choose the model in the selector and save the automation.

What you need to know
- This is a reference resolved during execution, not a fixed copy. Editing the template can change future sends.
- With no available templates, this mode is not effectively selected. Sender/global Resend limitations also apply.
