Edit a personal template
The personal model is updated.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
On a My template card, click Edit.
Change name, category, subject, HTML or text.
Click Save and inspect the preview.
Check your result
The personal model is updated.
What you need to know
- System templates do not offer direct editing. Existing campaigns contain independent copies.
- Automations referencing the template resolve content during execution and may use the updated version.
