Unsubscribe using a received email
A valid link lets you request unsubscribe from this sending account.
Before you start
- Have a received email containing a valid unsubscribe link. No dashboard login is required.
Step by step
Open the unsubscribe link in the received email.
On Confirmar descadastro (Confirm unsubscribe), click Descadastrar (Unsubscribe) if you want to stop receiving.
Check the response; if messages from this account continue, contact its owner.

A valid link lets you request unsubscribe from this sending account.
What you need to know
- The backend marks the contact unsubscribed and records suppression for the account; this is not a preference for just one campaign.
- The public page remains in Portuguese. Its confirmation is generic, including when a token could not be processed; it alone does not prove the change.
