Choose a recipient list or segment
The campaign is linked to one recipient source.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled. Editing requires write permission; campaigns can only be edited in Draft.
Step by step
In the draft, find Recipients.
Choose List and a list, or Segment and a saved segment.
Click Save and verify the destination before sending.
Check your result

What you need to know
- Only subscribed, non-suppressed contacts enter sending; member count is not a guaranteed message count.
- No list/No segment does not clear an existing saved destination in the current backend; verify the returned value.
- For scheduled campaigns, recipients are prepared by the worker when sending starts.
