Interpret report counts
You inspect counts recorded by the system and provider.
Before you start
- Use an account with Email Marketing enabled and access to the records. Changes require write permission.
Step by step
Open the report.
Under Counts, review Total, Sent, Delivered, Opens, Clicks, Bounced, Complaints, Unsubscribed and Failed.
Compare the prepared total with recipient states below.
