Manually send a purchase to Meta
The server attempts to send a Purchase conversion to Meta.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance.
Step by step
Review the contact and sale amount in Attributions.
Click Send to Meta; after a prior send, the button is labeled Reenviar.
Read the success or error message and inspect Events sent for the attempt.
Check your result
The server attempts to send a Purchase conversion to Meta.
What you need to know
- Manual sending is treated as a purchase even if the row stage is not Sale. It is not a connection test.
- Requires configured CAPI. Accepted delivery does not guarantee ad attribution; resending does not guarantee an additional conversion.
