Choose the tracking instance

Step by step

   Open Lead Tracking.

   Choose the instance name and number in the top selector.

   Open Dashboard, Tracking Links, Attributions or Events sent for the information you need. When available, open Settings for integrations or Client reports for public links.

What you need to know

• The selector shows WhatsApp instances visible to the account. Settings and Client reports depend on permissions and enabled features.
