Configure the Meta Conversions API
The configuration is submitted to save the conversion destination.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance. Settings require owner/admin role and the tracking-configuration feature.
Step by step
Under Tracking > Settings, find Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
Enter the correct destination Pixel ID and Access Token.
If using test events, enter Test Event Code; remove it when tests are finished.
Click Save CAPI Configuration and check the settings again before using real sales.
Check your result
The configuration is submitted to save the conversion destination.
What you need to know
- Saved tokens are not displayed: leaving a token blank preserves the existing value.
- Known issue: the page displays success without checking the save response. That notice alone does not prove the server saved it.
- Automatic events also depend on pipeline conversion stages/rules and the integration.
