Select campaigns for UTM application
The dialog holds the campaign selection to be changed.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance. Settings require owner/admin role and the tracking-configuration feature.
Step by step
Under Settings, click Apply UTMs to campaigns.
Use the campaign filter and select the desired campaigns.
Use Select all for the first visible campaigns, or Deselect all to reset selection.
Review the selection before applying.

The dialog holds the campaign selection to be changed.
What you need to know
- The limit is 15 campaigns per operation. The list uses active campaigns or campaigns with spend in the past 30 days from configured accounts.
- Requires a Meta connection and sufficient permissions; ad read access alone does not guarantee editing permission.
- Before applying, Cancel closes the selection without changing ads. Closing the dialog after starting does not cancel a request already sent.
