Revoke or reactivate a report
The saved state allows or blocks access to the public address.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance.
Step by step
To stop access, click Revoke on an active card and confirm.
Check the Revoked status.
To reactivate, open Edit, enable Active and save; also check expiry.

What you need to know
- Requires Public Reports and access to the included numbers.
- Revocation preserves configuration. Reactivating without changing the link makes the prior address usable again.
- Access can also stop if the module is disabled or the account becomes inactive. Revocation errors may not produce a screen notice; verify the state.
- In the confirmation, Cancel keeps the previous state. You can also open Edit, switch Active off and Save to revoke access.
