Copy the Google UTM template
The template is available to apply in the advertising platform.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance. Settings require owner/admin role and the tracking-configuration feature.
Step by step
Under Settings, find the UTM template for Google Ads.
Click Copy Template.
Use the copied text in the Google Ads account or campaign final URL suffix.
Check your result
The template is available to apply in the advertising platform.
What you need to know
- Copying does not automatically change campaigns. Preserve macros exactly as shown.
- Meta uses name/ID pairs; the Google template supplies IDs, and the advertising connection allows name lookup.
