Before you start
- A social account connected under Channels, page access and the required Meta permissions.
Step by step
Open Comments and select a specific account.
Click Import history.
Monitor posts, comments and completion status; on Instagram also review conversations and messages.

What you need to know
- All accounts does not support bulk import.
- Meta permissions, volume and availability may limit history; review skipped posts and errors. Importing does not guarantee a complete historical recovery.
