Copy the Meta UTM template
The template is available to apply in the advertising platform.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance. Settings require owner/admin role and the tracking-configuration feature.
Step by step
Under Settings, find the UTM template for Meta Ads.
Click Copy Template.
Use the copied text in the ad URL parameters in Meta advertising tools.
Check your result
The template is available to apply in the advertising platform.
What you need to know
- Copying does not automatically change campaigns. Preserve macros exactly as shown.
- Meta uses name/ID pairs; the Google template supplies IDs, and the advertising connection allows name lookup.
