Remove a failed publication record
The request removes the unpublished OneWhats record.
Before you start
- A connected Instagram account, enabled instagram_posts feature and access to the posting page. Final acceptance depends on Meta permissions and API.
Step by step
In the Posts list, inspect the error on a Failed record.
Click Delete and read the confirmation.
Confirm and verify that the record disappears.
Check your result
The request removes the unpublished OneWhats record.
What you need to know
- This does not fix media or credentials or retry the post; prepare a new composition after resolving the cause.
- Do not treat Delete on a Publishing record as a guarantee of interrupting a request already sent to Meta.
- Use Cancel in the confirmation if you want to keep the failed record.
