Enter Google Ads credentials manually
Manual configuration is submitted and the server attempts to fill campaign names.
Before you start
- An account with Tracking access and a visible WhatsApp instance. Settings require owner/admin role and the tracking-configuration feature.
Step by step
Under Settings, find the advanced manual configuration area.
Enter Customer ID as the account number without hyphens.
Enter Refresh token to create or replace the credential if needed.
Click Save manually and reprocess and review the result.

What you need to know
- Leaving Refresh token blank preserves the saved value. Use authorized credentials; this field does not create access the Google account lacks.
