Change a QR-connected WhatsApp profile name

Step by step

   Open Settings > Profile.

   Select the QR-connected WhatsApp instance.

   Enter up to 25 characters in Profile name. Leave the about field empty if you do not want to change it.

   Click Save and check the name in WhatsApp.

What you need to know

• This form does not change the panel user’s name or the instance’s internal name.
• The visual success indication alone does not prove that the change was applied; verify it in WhatsApp.
• For Cloud API, use the connection’s dedicated display-name flow; this form calls the QR connection.
