Subscribe to or change an available fixed plan
Compare plan limits and review the purchase.
Before you start
- Use the account responsible for the subscription, with access to Subscription in a browser.
- Have plan cards enabled for your account.
Step by step
Open Subscription and locate the plan cards.
Compare the limits for instances, team members, pipelines, AI agents and contacts.
Click Subscribe to plan or Change plan on the desired card; the current plan is labeled.
Review checkout, enter card details and complete the requested steps.
After the update, confirm which plan is marked as current.
Check your result
The purchased plan appears after payment and the account update are confirmed.
What you need to know
- These cards are not available for every account. Per-number subscriptions remain a separate flow.
- Use the limits and prices displayed for your account at the time of purchase.
