Review balances and commission history
Distinguish pending, available, paid, canceled and held commissions.
Before you start
- Be the account owner.
Step by step
Open Referrals and check Pending balance and Available for withdrawal.
In commission history, read the referral, source payment, commission, release date and status.
If a balance-review notice appears, contact support before requesting payment.
Check your result
You can distinguish recorded commissions from amounts available to request.
What you need to know
- The current implementation uses 20% of the amount actually paid, a 30-day holding period and a BRL 50 minimum withdrawal. Also review the rules displayed on the page.
- Mature amounts below the minimum remain pending. Refunds, disputes and currency differences may require review.
- A release date does not mean a PIX payout has been sent.
