Check local display before relying on conversation alerts.
Before you start
- Have notifications enabled in this browser.
Step by step
Open Settings > Notifications.
Choose whether sound should be enabled for the test.
Click Test and check the on-screen notification and sound, if enabled.
Check your result
You check the local test notification.
What you need to know
- The test does not message customers or prove that every conversation-notification rule is working.
- If nothing appears, check site permission and operating-system notification settings.
