Request a password reset link
Receive recovery instructions at the account’s email address.
Before you start
- Have access to the email used for sign-in.
Step by step
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
Check the prefilled email or enter the address used for your account.
Click Send link and check your inbox and spam folder.
Open the email link to choose a new password.
To return before setting a new password, use Back to login.
Check your result
The recovery request is submitted.
What you need to know
- The page shows a generic confirmation; it does not reveal whether an email exists in the records.
- If you cannot access the email, contact your account owner or support.
