Sign in with an authenticator or recovery code
Complete the second sign-in step without sharing your codes.
Before you start
- Have two-factor authentication enabled.
Step by step
Enter your email and password to reach the second-factor step.
Enter the current authenticator code. If the app is unavailable, use one of your unused recovery codes.
Confirm and wait for the panel to open.
Use the back option in this step if you need to correct the email or return to the password form.
Check your result
Sign-in completes when the second factor is accepted.
What you need to know
- A used recovery code cannot be reused.
- If the app code was already used, wait for the next one. If invalid attempts cause a temporary lock, follow the notice before retrying.
