Open or dismiss the product-update popup
Choose whether to read the update shown when you enter.
Before you start
- Have an unseen update available for the session.
Step by step
When the update card appears, read its summary.
Use its open action to read details in the What’s new dialog.
To dismiss the card, use its close control; you can open What’s new from the menu later.
Check your result
The card closes or opens the update list.
What you need to know
- Dismissing the card also marks updates as seen. The automatic popup appears at most once per browser session while that local marker remains present.
