Open the subscription and card portal
Access the billing portal linked to the subscription.
Before you start
- Use the account responsible for the subscription, with access to Subscription in a browser.
- Have a Stripe-managed subscription with a Manage button.
Step by step
Open Subscription and click Manage.
Wait for the billing portal to open.
Use the options the portal offers for cards, billing details or the subscription. Read any change confirmation before completing it.
Return to OneWhats and check the subscription state.
Check your result
You access the subscription’s billing portal.
What you need to know
- Available options, including cancellation when enabled, depend on the portal configuration; this OneWhats card has no separate cancellation button.
- Manual subscriptions do not show this button. Contact support for changes in that case.
- If Manage stops loading without opening the portal, opening was not confirmed. Reload the page and contact support if it persists.
