Review privacy and terms of use
Open public documents and locate their contact channels.
Before you start
- Use the public site or open /privacy and /terms directly.
Step by step
In the site footer, open Privacidade (Privacy) or Termos de Uso (Terms of use). These pages also open without signing in.
Check the update date and read the document sections. Privacy has an English section further down.
In Privacy, follow /data-deletion for deletion instructions. For questions, use the email listed in the document.
In the company details on the Privacy Policy page, select onewhats.app to open the public website.
Check your result
You review the published text and locate the appropriate request channel.
What you need to know
- Email links open your email application; a request is sent only when you send it there. Terms are in Portuguese.
