Increase the contracted number quantity
Expand an active card-managed subscription.
Before you start
- Use the account responsible for the subscription, with access to Subscription in a browser.
- Have an active or trialing Stripe-managed subscription.
Step by step
In Subscription, find Contracted numbers in the subscription card.
Increase the quantity with plus or enter the new total.
Click Update to apply the change.
Wait and verify the new quantity before connecting another number.
Check your result
The paid limit updates when the change’s payment is accepted.
What you need to know
- The change may generate an immediate prorated charge.
- If payment is declined or required authentication is not completed, the increase is not applied.
- Complimentary and support-managed allowances follow a different flow.
- The page may stop showing the loading indicator without displaying the server rejection. Reload and check the quantity actually saved; if it has not changed, contact support rather than assuming the update was accepted.
