Check subscription status, quantity and renewal
Review the current state and distinguish paid numbers from complimentary allowance.
Before you start
- Use the account responsible for the subscription, with access to Subscription in a browser.
Step by step
Open Subscription from the menu.
Check the displayed status, contracted quantity and renewal date when available.
If a complimentary allowance is shown, read it separately from the paid quantity.
For a support-managed subscription, follow the specific notice in its card.
Check your result
You can identify the subscription state and displayed limits.
What you need to know
- The page distinguishes active, trialing, past due, canceled, incomplete and unpaid when those states are returned.
- Subscription is not shown inside the iOS app; use a browser.
- If billing is unavailable, the screen shows a notice instead of payment controls.
