Step by step
Open Settings > Notifications or the bell at the top of the sidebar.
Click Enable notifications.
When the browser requests permission, allow notifications for this site.
Wait for the page to reload and check the enabled state.
Check your result
The browser is configured to display eligible notifications.
What you need to know
- The preference applies to this browser and device.
- If permission is blocked, allow notifications in the browser’s site permissions and return to the screen.
- Enabling notifications does not mean every incoming message triggers one; conversation rules still apply.
