Set a new password from the reset link
Finish recovery and return to sign-in.
Before you start
- Have a valid password recovery link received by email.
Step by step
Open the link and enter the new password twice. Use at least eight characters.
Use the eye icon beside the new password to show or hide both fields if needed.
Submit the change and wait for confirmation.
Return to sign-in and use the new password. If the link is invalid or expired, use the option to request another one.
Check your result
The password is updated when the success confirmation appears.
What you need to know
- Opening the link does not complete the reset; you must submit the new values.
- If two-factor verification is enabled, password recovery should not be treated as a way to skip the second factor.
