Open conversations from notifications
Review alerts received in this session and open their corresponding context.
Before you start
- Be in the panel and have received conversation alerts.
Step by step
Open the bell and select Conversations.
Check the name, source number when displayed and notification preview.
Click an alert to open its corresponding destination.
To clear this list, return to the tab and click Clear when items are present.
Check your result
You open the alert’s context or clear the local notification list.
What you need to know
- Viewing the tab marks these alerts as read.
- This tab contains session alerts and does not replace complete conversation history. Clearing alerts does not delete messages.
- The destination may be Chat, Comments or another linked screen; do not assume every click opens Hub.
