Verify your email or resend confirmation
Complete verification of the address used during registration.
Before you start
- Have registered and be able to access the supplied email inbox.
Step by step
Open the OneWhats confirmation email and follow the complete link.
Wait for the page to confirm the email address.
Click Sign in and enter your email and password.
If the message did not arrive, use Resend confirmation after registration or in the pending-email notice on the sign-in screen. Check spam as well.
Check your result
The email can be verified and no longer blocks sign-in as a pending address.
What you need to know
- An incomplete, expired or used link may show an error. Return to sign-in and request another message when that option is available.
- Resending does not change the registered email address.
