Step by step
Read the displayed message. It uses the reason received from the server; when unavailable, it shows the default instruction to contact the administrator.
Contact the responsible administrator to clarify the block and restoration of access.
Use Sign out if you need to return to sign-in.
Check your result
You identify that access depends on the account being unblocked, not a setting on this screen.
What you need to know
- The block can apply to the account itself or to the owner linked to a member. Changing the password does not clear this status.
- The page says data and connections remain stored; this is the interface message, not a retention check performed by this tutorial.
