Save two-factor recovery codes

Step by step

   On the recovery-code screen, select the contents to store privately or click Download.

   If downloaded, locate onewhats-recovery-codes.txt.

   Verify that the codes are stored and click I have saved them.

What you need to know

• Each recovery code can be used once.
• The dialog does not later display the old codes in plain text; it shows how many remain and lets you generate a new set.
