Discard suggestions or delete knowledge
Remove content that should not inform the agent.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
In Knowledge Base, use Discard on an unsuitable pending suggestion.
For an approved entry, click the trash icon and read the confirmation.
Confirm deletion and check the updated list.
Check your result
The item leaves the knowledge base when removal succeeds.
What you need to know
- Discarding deletes a suggestion; this screen has no discarded-items tab for recovery.
- In the creation wizard, X only removes the item from the unsaved draft.
