Include an image, video, audio clip or file in a step

Use a media URL with the corresponding type.

Step by step

  1. In a Message, choose Image, Video, Audio or File (PDF) in the media selector.

  2. Enter the media URL and complete the text if needed.

  3. To remove media, choose the no-media option, then save.

Check your result

The media is linked to the step when settings are saved.

What you need to know

  • This field accepts a URL; it does not upload a local file.
  • The engine sends media before text and buttons. Delivery depends on the channel and access to the file.
