Use direct-message, ad or live-comment triggers

Choose the actual source of the received event.

Step by step

  1. Add Direct for ordinary direct messages, Ad for an event identified as ad-originated, or Live comment when available on Instagram.

  2. Add keywords if you want to filter received content.

  3. Save and check that the demo event matches the configured type.

Check your result

The flow can start when its source and filter match.

What you need to know

  • The ad interface has no campaign or ad-ID selector. This form should not be described as restricting to one particular ad.
  • Story, ad and reference events are classified separately from ordinary direct messages.
