Add reply buttons and their destinations

Create choices that lead to different steps.

Before you start

Step by step

  1. In a Message, add a reply button.

  2. Enter a label of up to twenty characters and choose its destination step. Read the limitation below before using End conversation.

  3. Repeat up to thirteen buttons; use X to remove a choice.

  4. Save and review every destination.

Check your result

The flow waits for the customer’s choice and follows its saved destination.

What you need to know

  • Use reply buttons or link buttons in the same step; do not rely on mixing both formats.
  • Deleting a destination step requires reviewing choices that pointed to it.
  • There is a limitation: End conversation on a button without a destination can follow the next list step. Do not rely on this option to end when another step follows; validate the path before enabling.
