Choose a mode and understand which destinations may be used

The mode guides destination types used by the scheduler.

Step by step

  1. Choose Manual to work with groups and contacts registered in the number's list.

  2. Choose Groups only for group activity, or Complete to combine groups and registered contacts.

  3. Review lists before saving or starting. If you do not want groups from the shared pool added, keep Manual mode and do not use search/replenishment actions.

What you need to know

  • Despite the 'All contacts and groups' label, Complete mode chooses contacts from the manual list and registered/joined groups; it does not traverse the phone's entire address book.
  • In Complete and Groups only, the worker may fetch shared-pool groups when there are no pending groups. Unchecking Use system groups at start does not disable this later replenishment.
  • Manual mode does not undo groups previously added. Reestablished history forces group activity during the rule's first seven days.
  • In Complete mode, replies to incoming private messages follow an additional flow and may reach people outside the manual list; see the automatic-replies guide.
