Enable or disable an agent
Change its overall state without deleting the record.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
Use the enable/disable button in the list or agent header.
Wait for the update and check the Active or Inactive badge.
Before enabling, review links, provider and behavior.
Check your result
The agent state changes when the operation succeeds.
What you need to know
- Enabling may allow real replies on linked instances. Test is the option for evaluating text without sending messages.
